What Is Nurse Registry Consumer Directed Home Care?

  • We’re Always There offers a nurse registry that connects patients needing in-home care with qualified nurses or caregivers.

  • Nurses working through a registry are considered independent contractors.

  • A nurse registry does not provide as much supervision or quality control as a traditional home health agency.

  • The nurse registry offers more flexibility with a care plan and is generally more affordable.

Is the Nurse Registry Supervised?

  • Our registry does not monitor, supervise, or train the caregivers that we refer to you. The caregiver will follow your direction, and must stay within the scope of their license.

  • A nurse visit may be requested, and a fee charged.

  • Self-pay and Long-Term Insurance accepted.

Are Nurse Registry Caregivers Covered by Insurance?

  • Your caregiver is an independent contractor.

  • Each caregiver carries their own general liability insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

  • There is no Workers Compensation coverage.
