Nurses working through a registry are considered independent contractors.
A nurse registry does not provide as much supervision or quality control as a traditional home health agency.
The nurse registry offers more flexibility with a care plan and is generally more affordable.
Is the Nurse Registry Supervised?
Our registry does not monitor, supervise, or train the caregivers that we refer to you. The caregiver will follow your direction, and must stay within the scope of their license.
A nurse visit may be requested, and a fee charged.
Self-pay and Long-Term Insurance accepted.
Are Nurse Registry Caregivers Covered by Insurance?
Your caregiver is an independent contractor.
Each caregiver carries their own general liability insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
There is no Workers Compensation coverage.
