What is HHA Directed Home Care?
Home Health Agency Directed Care is in-home care that provides a variety of services as directed by a medical professional such as a registered nurse.
Services might include maintaining a safe environment, social stimulation, and help with daily living activities.
HHA Directed Care is usually suitable for those who are recovering from surgery or a hospital stay, disabled, chronically or terminally ill, or struggling with daily activities.
Is My HHA Care Plan Supervised?
Yes. The We’re Always There Home Health Agency nursing staff oversees senior patient care and supervise our professional caregivers.
Visits to the home are made by a registered nurse who will evaluate the employee’s performance, review the care plan/current medications with the client or client’s representative and may make any adjustments at that time.
Supervisory visits and the initial nursing assessment are not billed separately, they are included in our services.
Is My Caregiver Covered?
Yes. Your caregiver is our employee and with that comes protection for you.
Our home care agency staff is covered under Workers Compensation Insurance, General and Professional Liability Insurance, including theft and non-owned auto coverage, federal and state unemployment insurance, any and all payroll costs.
