When selecting one of our two agencies, please note that most of our caregivers work for both. However, there is no difference in the quality of their work, whether they are an employee or a contract staff. They are all AMAZING!

Home Health

Home health agencies can either be Medicare certified or Private duty.

We’re Always There is a private duty home health agency.

Self-pay or Long-Term Care Insurance accepted.


Our home health agency nursing staff oversee patient care and supervise our caregivers. Visits to the home are made by a registered nurse who will evaluate the employee’s performance, review the care plan/current medications with the client or clients representative and may make any adjustments at that time.

Supervisory visits and the initial nursing assessment are not billed separately, they are included in our services.


Your caregiver is our employee and with that comes protection for you.

They are covered under Workers Compensation Insurance, General and Professional Liability Insurance, including theft and non-owned auto coverage, federal and state unemployment insurance, any and all payroll costs.

Nurse registries were designed specifically for affordability. Contract Staff are referred to you for services.

Our compensation is a referral fee.

Self-pay and Long-Term Insurance accepted.



Our nurse registry provides an initial visit to gather required information and documentation.

Our registry does not monitor, supervise, or train the caregivers that we refer to you. They follow your direction, and must stay within the scope of their license.

A nurse visit may be requested, and a fee charged.



Your caregiver is an independent contractor. Each caregiver carries their own general liability insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000/6,000,000.

There is no Worker’s Compensation coverage.
